Conditions
- Deposit to confirm booking: 30% (not refundable)
- Payment balance : The day upon arrival
- Method of payment: bank transfer
- 5% Discount for full payment at time of booking
The price includes: the use of all the property; a gardener working half time, a maid working 7h a day 4 days per week (more upon request), of course all charges. All sheets and pillows are in the house and the maid changes and cleans everything twice a week. The house is fully furnished and basic products are available (rice, sugar, beans, coffee etc..).
